Can I use AutoPass on multiple tools?
AutoPass can only be activated and used on one tool with each activation code. If you wish to use AutoPass on multiple tools, you will need to purchase multiple activation codes at shapertools.com/autopass.
If you activate AutoPass on one tool and then attempt to log in to your Shaper Account on a second tool, AutoPass will not be available on the second tool. AutoPass is tied to the tool it was originally activated on.
If you wish to transfer AutoPass from one tool to another, reach out to Shaper Support and they'll be happy to help.
Re-enabling AutoPass after performing a Factory Reset
You will not lose access to AutoPass after performing a factory reset. After the factory reset, Origin will reboot. After connecting to WiFi and logging in to your Shaper Account, you will be able to re-enable AutoPass by going to Settings > Extensions > AutoPass and clicking “Enable”.
Can I transfer AutoPass to a different tool?
You can transfer AutoPass from one tool to another by contacting Shaper Support. Our support specialists will guide you through a short process which involves removing AutoPass from the current tool so it can be activated on another.
