Return and warranty policy

Origin Gen2

You can buy Shaper Origin and try it out risk-free for 30 days. If you decide for whatever reason that Origin isn't right for you, simply return the tool within that time. We will then refund the full amount. Shaper Tools takes over the costs of returning the goods. The customer can request a returns label for this. For more details, please refer to our general terms and conditions under § 8.

Every order includes the manufacturer's warranty, which is legally limited to one year. This can be extended to two years by registering your tool. More information on this warranty can be found here.

Origin Gen1 (Reconditioned Tool)

The statutory period of fourteen days continues to apply to all reconditioned products purchased via shapertools.com/recon. In this case, Shaper Tools does not grant the customer any voluntary contractual right of return beyond the statutory period. Reconditioned units have a one-year warranty.
