      Find your Origin's serial number

      Each Origin has a unique serial number composed of five alphanumeric digits preceded by the product code SO1-NN (Gen 1) or SO2-NN (Gen 2).

      You can find your tool's serial number on its product label found on the side of its housing. Gen 2's product sticker can be found on the left-hand side of the tool:

      Gen 1's sticker is on the right-hand side of the tool, and the serial may be located in one of two locations on that sticker:

      If your product label is damaged or illegible, you can also find your tool's serial number by going to Settings > Info on your tool (software version 2.5.5.0 and later).
