      How do spindle repairs work? Is the spindle serviced by Shaper or Festool?

      Although Festool is the spindle manufacturer, the SM1 spindle is a Shaper product. All repairs of Origin components—including the spindle—are processed by Shaper Tools.

      If you need to repair your spindle, contact us at support@shapertools.com. If you'd like to purchase a new spindle, you can order a replacement here.
