The 5mm X 20mm Up-Spiral O-flute Router Bit is well balanced for efficient, deep cuts. The long shank and the single flute increase the stability while the comparably small diameter decreases cutting pressure.
This combination lets you make deep cuts in one go and save time cutting. You can make single passes up to 20 mm in many materials.
Notes
- Cleaning it from time to time will increase the service life of this cutter considerably.
- During deeper cuts, the bit may not be able to completely evacuate all the chips as it cuts. Make sure that you keep Origin moving during the cut to reduce the danger of burning or melting the waste material.
