This policy applies to the European market.
If your Origin should have a technical issue that the general customer support is unable to resolve, you can send it to us free of charge. Once we have diagnosed the issue and confirmed that it falls under our warranty agreement, we will either fix that tool or replace it with a new Origin. In both instances, Shaper will pay for round-trip shipping.
Please note we aren't able to ship to or from countries that are outside of our service umbrella, and so we are unable to guarantee repairs or maintenance if a tool is used outside of the Shaper service umbrella.
