Shaper Pro Care Hot Swap

One feature of the Shaper Pro Care Support Package is our Hot Swap return policy. If a Pro Care user runs into an in-warranty issue with their tool that the Support team is unable to resolve in the field, that user can exchange the tool for a replacement unit instead of waiting for their tool to be fixed and then returned to them.

With Hot Swap, our fulfillment center will ship a replacement tool immediately, limiting any potential downtime on your project.
