      Z-Touch

      Before cutting, perform a Z-Touch to register the work surface. Move Origin over the cut window, navigate to Cut Mode, and tap Z-Touch. Make sure the perimeter of the base is supported by Plate.

      Performing a Z-Touch this way will account for the depth of Plate, thus making any depth entered in the cut settings relative to the surface of the workpiece and not Plate itself.
