Connecting Origin to BenchPilot

Before connecting Origin to BenchPilot, ensure that you have correctly installed the Harness onto Origin. This allows Origin to be docked securely onto BenchPilot. Follow the instructions provided in the Assembly &  Usage Instructions. 

When you dock Origin onto BenchPilot, you’ll see a progress bar appear where Cut Mode is displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen. Allow between 5 - 20 seconds for Origin to wirelessly connect to BenchPilot.

Once Origin has wirelessly connected to BenchPilot, you’ll see Cut Mode change to Pilot Mode in the bottom right corner of the screen:

Pilot Mode shares most of the functionality of Cut Mode but with a few key differences. You can find a rundown of Pilot Mode's settings and interface in this article.
