Your Studio Trial & Subscription

Account Types

There are three different statuses for your Shaper Account in Studio that you can use as you're learning to use the application.

Demo Mode

If you just want to see what all the fuss is about, you can go to shapertools.com/studio and check it out! No need to create an account or agree to any terms—just play around and see what it has to offer. But keep in mind that this is a really bare bones version of the app. No ShapeShifter, no ability to export or import files, etc.

Studio Lite

If you’re not interested in starting a free trial yet, you can still use Studio Lite. Just create a free Shaper Account and you’re good to go! You can create designs, use the Find Art library, and see how easy it is to use Studio.

However, many of the most powerful aspects of Studio won’t be available to you, including the millions of pre-made designs, the full range of fonts, and the ability to import .SVG and .DXF files.

Studio Subscription

Once you’re ready to see what Studio’s all about, you can begin your Studio Trial. This gives you full access to all of Studio’s features, including ShapeShifter, millions of premade designs, our complete font repository, and the ability to import and export files.

You don’t need to provide any payment information to start your trial, and it will last for two weeks. We’ll give you a heads-up as your trial is about to expire to end, so you’ll be able to start your subscription and keep working without any interruption

Studio subscriptions are licensed for commercial use, so anything you make in Studio is yours to do as you wish. You can read more in the Terms of Service.
