Shaper Service Umbrella
We stand by every tool that we ship and it's important to us that our users know that we have their backs in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with a Shaper product in their shop.
For this reason, we require that customers affirm they will only use their Shaper products within our service umbrella. We aren't able to ship to or from countries that are outside of our service umbrella, and we are unable to guarantee repairs or maintenance if a tool is used outside of this umbrella.
Since we launched direct ordering of Origin in the United States, we've rapidly expanded our service umbrella. Our umbrella currently consists of the following countries:
