# In which countries is the Shaper Support available?

We stand by every tool that we ship and it's important to us that our users know that we have their backs in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with their Origin.

For this reason, we require that customers affirm they will only use their Origin within our service umbrella. We aren't able to ship to or from regions that are outside of our service umbrella, and so we are unable to guarantee repairs or maintenance if a tool is used outside of this umbrella.

Our umbrella currently consists of the following countries:

- United States
- Canada
- Europe, including:
