Although we are continually working to accommodate all possible configurations of .svg files on Origin, there are files that will be unreadable upon export to Origin. This error message serves as a catch-all message that applies to any of a a variety of svg problems.
Successful remediation will depend upon your design software of choice, but most issues are resolved by reverting to our suggested export/save specs. You can find those below for a variety of design programs:
