      Updating your Origin via Wi-Fi

      (To be used with tools running software versions 2.6.26.0 and earlier)

      This article discusses OTA (over-the-air-updates). Read about updating via USB here.

      Your Origin will automatically check for updates when it is connected to Wi-Fi. When an update is available, you will see a blue notification badge on Origin's screen on the Settings Icon:

      Tap Settings > Update Available

      Once the update is finished downloading tap Update Now

      Origin will update:

      Once the Update is downloaded and installed, Origin will reboot automatically and run an onboarding tutorial to introduce you to your new software
